Are your services tax deductible?

Yes--they are deductible both in Canada and in the US. We will provide you with the necessary proof of payment in order to deduct the expense on your income tax. However, it is recommended that you consult your chartered accountant in order to verify this information and ask about any further requirements. if you own a business our services will be listed on the receipt as HypnoCoaching.

Do you participate in Medical Tourism?

Yes, we participate in Medi-Tours. We have worked with clients from all over the world while they were visiting Victoria and Vancouver Island for vacation, business, or education. Do you take medical insurance claims?

We only take direct payments from clients. However, we do provide our clients with the necessary proof of payment so they may submit claims to their private or extended health insurance providers. There are a few insurance providers in Canada and the US who may reimburse you for our service fees. Please review your service provider’s coverage allowance prior to your hypnosis session for quit smoking by contacting them directly; specifically request information regarding your coverage and limits for clinical hypnotherapy and/or smoking cessation programs.

I want my employer to pay for my stop smoking hypnosis session program.

Please contact your Human Resources Department at your place of employment to let them know of your plans. Some Employers will pay our clinic directly and some will have you pay for your quit smoking hypnosis session and have you submit the receipt and will reimburse you.
