Do you smoke in your vehicle or inside your home? If yes, it may be best if you clean inside the car and remove all your cigarettes, lighters and bring them to your appointment.
Something people find very helpful is to KEEP all their cigarette butts that they smoke between now and their actual hypnosis session and bring them to the session.
You can use a mason jar or plastic Ziploc bag. It is really is quite amazing, as you move towards becoming free of smoking, how much smoking has become part of your unconscious life.
Suggestions to help with the hypnosis session:
Drink at least 2 glasses of water before your hypnosis appointment.
Make sure you have gone to the washroom before our session. You can always ask for a washroom break, if needed.
Limit your caffeine intake on the day of your appointment.
Have a light protein rich meal before your session.
